"We would like to sincerely thank you for instilling a teamwork attitude with your guys on the Methodist Germantown Project. We had a major water leak this morning on the 3rd floor. Without hesitation, Terry Twisdale announced to his men over the radio to get buckets and brooms and help get the water up. With his help, the water was contained more quickly which prevented further damage.
